RICO FLAN LIGHT from FILOP CORP located in Humacao Puerto Rico was designed thinking in all the people that want to taste a vanilla custard without saying ‘No Right Now, I’m on diet’. This great vanilla custard has 70 calories and 4 grams of sugar!!! per serving of 3.5 oz. Therefore you’ll not feel guilty after you eat it.
Filop Corp is compromised with health and nutrition, that’s the reason for the creation of this light custard. Our plant has the capacity to make more than 10,000 units per day in normal production and a maximum capacity to make more than 504,000 units per month and growing.

Packaging Process of RICO FLAN LIGHT.
Once the manufacturing process of the custard is completed, the units are placed in a thermoformer machine which main function is to form the tri-pack unit made of White PVC, after that a foil is placed at the top of the tri pack unit and sealed to keep product freshness. For distribution purposes, sixteen tri-packs are packaged in a shipper for a total of 48 unites per shippers. Once the shipper is sealed, they are placed in a pallet, 100 shipper per pallet are configured and placed in a refrigerated container for freshness.
